經(jīng)我公司研發(fā)，運(yùn)用“污泥無熱干化高壓破壁脫水裝備+空氣能節(jié)能型低溫烘干裝備”，經(jīng)壓濾破壁脫水低溫烘干使污泥成型顆粒含水率小于20%；污泥含水率小于20%以下低位熱值達(dá)到2200-3500Kcal/kg以上（由污泥有機(jī)質(zhì)高低決定），因此含水率小于20%以內(nèi)的污泥顆?？梢赃M(jìn)入生物質(zhì)鍋爐燃燒，也可以摻混小于20%以內(nèi)污泥顆粒進(jìn)入循環(huán)流化床鍋爐燃燒。
